SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping for RM200 & above

  1. Free shipping for orders totaling RM200 and above applies exclusively to deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia.

  2. To qualify for free shipping, your order must reach or exceed RM200 after any discounts and promotions have been applied, but excluding shipping charges.

  3. Free shipping is applicable to standard shipping services within Peninsular Malaysia only and does not extend to expedited shipping or deliveries outside of Peninsular Malaysia.

  4. Single transaction only. Orders may not be combined to meet the RM200 minimum requirement for free shipping unless explicitly stated in an ongoing promotion or campaign.

  5. In cases where an order initially qualifies for free shipping but is subsequently returned or exchanged, the company may deduct the applicable shipping charges from the refund amount.

  6. Rêves de Rachel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of orders for free shipping and may contact customers for additional information if necessary.

  7. For orders below RM200 or those not meeting the eligibility criteria, standard shipping rates will apply, and these rates may vary based on the shipping location and weight of the package.

  8. Rêves de Rachel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.

  9. Any changes to the free shipping policy will be communicated through the Rêves de Rachel’s official website or other relevant channels.

General Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed during public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be processed for delivery on the following business day.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Tracking Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us that includes a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • Standard Shipping: We use GDEX courier service as our standard courier for both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. You can expect to receive your parcel within 3 to 7 working days.


If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time as mentioned above and after receiving your shipping confirmation email, click here to contact us or drop us a message on WhatsApp at +6011-6569 0939 with your order details. 
 

In-store pickup is available too. Kindly select self-pickup during checkout and you are required to visit our store at No 3A-2 Jalan Solaris 5, Solaris Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for order collection. Your order will be read within 3 to 5 business days and we will notify you for collection once ready. 

 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11am – 8pm on Tuesday to Friday and 10am - 6pm on Saturday & Sunday. Please have your order confirmation with you when you come for collection. We will not entertain any customers without order confirmation.
